1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by PitLogic, LLC, Brownsburg, Indiana ("Sponsor").

 

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries where participation is not prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PitLogic, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

 

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins June 19th, 2026 6:00 AM and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 31st, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, post a photo or video on Facebook or Instagram that shows PitLogic being used. Your post must:

  (a) Include the tag @PitLogic

  (b) Include the hashtag #mypitlogic

  (c) Be set to public visibility

 

Limit three (3) entries per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to share or repost your entry on its social media channels with credit.

 

5. Content Standards

Entries must depict PitLogic in a manner Sponsor deems appropriate. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that contains content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, infringes on the rights of any third party, or otherwise reflects negatively on Sponsor or its products. This standard is aimed at inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful content — good-faith feedback or commentary about Sponsor's products is not grounds for disqualification

6. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

  • Twelve (12) months of PitLogic subscription (approximate retail value: $100

  • One (1) PitLogic branded shirt (size selected by winner)

  • One (1) PitLogic branded hat (size selected by winner)

Two (2) Second Prize winners will receive:

  • Three (3) months of PitLogic subscription (approximate retail value: $30)

Three (3) Third Prize winners will receive:

  • One (1) PitLogic branded shirt (size selected by winner)

No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

 

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or around August 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where the winning entry was posted within [5] business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within [72] hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered notifications.

 

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

 

10. Privacy

Information collected through this giveaway will be used only to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.
